How we launched 3 COVID-19 recruitment projects in an average of 8 days [case study]

As the COVID-19 pandemic surged in late 2020, the urgency of research was felt by all. At Antidote, our mission has always been to enable faster medical innovation by transforming how patients and researchers connect, and we were eager to contribute to the global effort to drive COVID-19 research forward. Our latest patient recruitment case study shares how Antidote contributed to ensuring three COVID-19 studies enrolled as quickly as possible.

In 2020, Antidote was contacted by three different study teams looking for recruitment support for trials of potential COVID-19 treatments. We knew that we had to act fast, so we developed customized recruitment plans for these projects, each of which included strategies for driving traffic to an existing landing page. By working creatively with existing platforms, we were able to cut down the time it typically takes from contract signing to recruitment launch. Ultimately, these trials were launched in 6 days, 6 days, and 12 days.

Our delivery remained strong with this acceleration; in the end, we were able to connect more than 20,000 patients with COVID-19 clinical trial opportunities.
