Market Feasibility Tests | Gain Recruitment Insights and Drive Performance

1. What is a Market Feasibility Test?

The Market Feasibility Test is a time-limited (typically three to five days), market research tool designed to “test” the compatibility of the Antidote model with a client’s or prospect’s consumer populations based on their study protocols or product/treatment requirements. The test enables the client or prospect to determine if Antidote can help them before they commit to a full project.

2. Why would I need one?

The test enables you to:

  • Gain direct insights into healthcare consumers based on indication, condition or disease
  • See informed participant/patient funnel projections for extended projects based on real data
  • Estimate recruitment costs for a target indication, condition or disease
  • Get actionable recommendations for campaign strategy and creative assets
  • Determine how the Antidote Clinical Contact center can best drive performance
  • Potentially gain viable patient leads

3. How much does a test cost?

We offer Market Feasibility Tests at no or low cost to you.

4. What is the process for a Market Feasibility Test?

  • Schedule an initial call with our experts
  • Share with the Antidote team the goals for your research study or approved product, timeframe, targeted geography, healthcare consumer value proposition and inclusion/exclusion criteria or requirements
  • Receive an assessment from Antidote about our ability to help
  • If Antidote can help, we then design the digital ads, the associated landing page, the screening survey, and two emails to respondents (qualified or disqualified).
  • The Antidote team develops a report presentation with results, analysis and insights, which the team discusses with you. We communicate key learnings and encourage you to ask questions or provide feedback on the screener data.

5. How soon will I receive the test results and analysis?

The full project is usually completed within 14 days of the request/agreement to run a Marketing Feasibility Test.

6. What are the next steps after the results are presented?

With positive results, Antidote discusses the options with you. These could include implementing a pilot test or going straight to a full project. A complete project includes the involvement of the Antidote Clinical Contact Center and clinically trained professionals who further qualify, educate and navigate healthcare consumers for your trial or product/treatment
